    After two appointments, my return still wasn't finished. They told me they would refer the matter to a supervisor and get back to me. When I hadn't heard from them after 5 days, I called to request an update. I was left on hold for a long time, then told by a snippy receptionist that "you had an appointment with Brian but you didn't show up." When I explained that I didn't show up because no one told me I had an appointment with Brian, she didn't even apologize for the failure of communication on their part. I got my paperwork back and made an appointment with an accountant.
