- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very slow every time I go there. Wait in line for an hour while you can hear/see 2 people sitting in the back shooting the bull. (Both times I was there) The lady who helped me seemed to be having some kind of panic attack or nervous breakdown while helping me. She was crying and super anxious. (not by my fault, I was courteous and calm/polite the whole time). Then I had to come back again and wait another hour when I found she misspelled 1 of the 2 titles I was getting done. A couple months later I realize the tags were already expired and I had to pay another $57 to renew my tags. This was a new title/plates after moving to ND and my tags are only good for a couple months????? New registration also say I'm an out of state registration with my old address, but my original docs all show my new ND address. And, what kind of hours are 8:30-4:15pm.
